Licensed Operations and Provincial Access
We run Casino Days in Canada under two separate regulatory setups so that players in each province can use a compliant version of the site. The core platform went live in 2020 under White Star B.V., and from the start we built different structures for specific regions.
If you live outside Ontario, your play is handled under our Kahnawake Gaming Commission authorization (CPA No. 00913). Residents of Ontario are moved to a dedicated version of Casino Days that is regulated by the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, operating under licenses OPIG1239936 and OGL/2023/159/0076.
This two-track model keeps us aligned with provincial rules while we aim to keep the overall experience and standards the same. Players in provinces such as British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec and Manitoba join the main site. Ontario customers access Casino Days through a separate domain where player funds are segregated and the game portfolio is tested and controlled under that local framework.
Both environments support real-money play in Canadian dollars. Legal age checks remain in line with local law - 18 or 19 depending on your province of residence. We apply those thresholds during registration and verification.
Across the brand, we offer over 6,000 titles: online slots, live dealer rooms, progressive jackpot games and classic table formats. Mobile access is available through our dedicated app on iOS and Android. You can move between desktop and mobile on a single account, without opening a new profile for each device.
Game Selection
Our casino lobby holds more than 4,500 slot games supplied by over 90 studios. Providers such as Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, Octoplay and Quickspin form the core of the portfolio, with new releases added regularly. Popular slots such as Sweet Bonanza, 9 Masks of Fire and Wolf Gold are all easy to reach using lobby filters or direct search.
Live casino tables stream in real time, with dealers hosting multiple variants of blackjack, roulette and baccarat. Progressive jackpot slots are linked to shared prize pools, and current jackpot values are displayed clearly in the jackpot section, so you see the pot before you spin. Alongside that, we also keep video poker, craps and several specialty games that sit outside standard categories.
To make navigation easier, we arrange content into clear groups: slot games, live casino, table games and jackpots. Inside those:
- Slots include video slots, classic three-reel games and titles using megaways-style mechanics.
- Live casino holds blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game-show style rooms.
- Table games cover video poker, craps and other digital card or dice titles.
- Jackpots highlight network progressive slots and their current prize levels.
Filters let you sort games by provider, release date, popularity or specific mechanics. The search bar accepts partial or full game names and returns matching titles from the entire catalog.
Registration and Account Verification
Opening an account with us is straightforward and follows what is standard practice in the industry. We collect basic personal details and confirm where in Canada you live, as this drives which version of Casino Days you access.
The registration page will typically ask for:
| Registration Step | Required Information |
|---|---|
| Personal Details | Full name, date of birth |
| Contact Information | Email address, phone number |
| Residence Verification | Street address, province, postal code |
| Account Credentials | Username, password |
| Legal Confirmation | Age verification, terms acceptance |
Once you submit the form, we send a message to the email you provided. After you click the confirmation link in that email, your account becomes active for login and deposits. Ontario residents are automatically routed to the Ontario-specific site during sign-up, using a mix of IP detection and the postal code you enter.
Before we can approve a withdrawal, Know Your Customer checks are mandatory, in line with market regulations. For that, we ask you to upload identification, proof of address and evidence that you control the payment method you are using.
Acceptable identification normally includes a valid passport, a driver’s license or another government-issued photo ID. For address verification, we accept documents such as recent utility bills, bank statements or government letters, provided they are dated within the last three months.
You can upload all documents within your account, under the verification area of the settings. Reviews are usually handled within 24 to 72 hours. We let you know the outcome by email, and your verification status is also updated in your profile. If something is missing or too blurred to read, we will ask you to resubmit with comments on what needs to be adjusted.
Deposits and Withdrawals
At Casino Days, deposits in Canadian dollars are supported through several payment routes that are common across the sector. You enter the cashier from your account dashboard, choose the method you want to use, and then type in the amount you want to deposit. Minimum deposit levels depend on the payment channel, though most methods start from around CA$10.
Processing times differ depending on the option you pick. Payments by credit and debit cards are normally credited straight away. E-wallet transfers are close to instant and may take up to about 15 minutes in some cases. Bank transfers are slower and are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. If you use prepaid vouchers, those are processed at once when redeemed. We do not add fees on deposits at our side, but your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges. Individual transaction limits are also linked to your verification status.
Withdrawal requests are only handled after your KYC checks have been approved. You submit a withdrawal in the same cashier area, choose your payout method from those available and confirm the amount. As a general rule, and to keep aligned with anti-money laundering standards, we send funds back to the same method you used for depositing whenever that is possible.
Timeframes for withdrawals depend on the channel:
- E-wallet payouts: usually 24 to 48 hours, with a CA$20 minimum.
- Credit and debit cards: around 3 to 5 business days, also from CA$20.
- Bank transfers: approximately 5 to 7 business days, with a CA$50 minimum.
We do not charge withdrawal fees, but banks or payment providers can still apply their own costs, which we do not control. While the withdrawal is still pending in our system and not yet in processing state, you have the option to cancel it from your account.
